Special NOLA-only beer for Mardi Gras celebrations

The Abita Brewing Company is giving Mardi Gras revelers in New Orleans a special treat this year.

The Louisiana-based brewer is releasing its limited edition Strawberry Harvest Lager, made from local strawberries, on tap and in cans in New Orleans from today, just in time for the start of the Carnival season. About half of this year’s Strawberry Harvest Lager production will stay in the New Orleans area. Read more at: nola.com
