If you are feeling the winter chill, a new pop-up restaurant in NYC aims to bring you the best warm cheese this side of the Alps.

The Fondue Chalet has opened in Williamsburg, serving up authentic fondue in an après-ski themed space, filled with vintage skiing posters and red and white checked tablecloths. The restaurant will open every night at 6pm until Christmas, and then will be open only at the weekends.
