Polish passenger ferry gets mural makeover

Prominent Polish graffiti artist Mariusz Waras has been commissioned to paint a mural on a Polferries passenger ferry currently docked in Szczecin, in the north of the country. The artist’s previous commissions include murals in New York and Paris, and the current project sees him use artistic motifs specific to the Łowicz area of Mazovia, the region after which the ferry is named. Mazovia will go into service in June, sailing a route between Świnoujście and Ystad in Sweden. Read more: thenews.pl
