A Magnicharters Boeing 737 made a crash-landing at Mexico City international airport after its landing gear collapsed upon touchdown.
The wheel strut, on the left-hand side, buckled as the aircraft made contact with the runway. None of the 139 passengers or five crew members suffered from any injuries, but some were treated for ‘nervous crisis’. No details have surfaced as to the cause of the accident, but it is believed the Boeing was around 27 years old. Read more: theguardian.com
