Police in the Kreuzberg area of Berlin are hastily digging up over 700 cannabis plants after they were found growing at one of the capital’s busiest road junctions, outside Kottbusser Tor train station. Though some of the plants were over 40cm tall, they were only ‘discovered’ on Monday. As yet it’s unknown how they came to be growing there. Read more: thelocal.de
