Travellers and commuters at Washington, DC’s Union station were treated to a lively tribute to WWII veterans, in the form of concert by the US Air Force Band.
The band slowly emerged from the crowd in vintage WWII-era uniforms, and played Christmas classics in the big band style. This is not the first flash mob for the group. They also had a surprise performance honoring WWII veterans at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum – in 2013. Read more and see the video at: dcist.com
