Sleeping in a tree-house on London‘s South Bank may be a travel dream you didn’t know you had – but now it can come true for one lucky contest winner.
Virgin Holidays has built a temporary 35-foot high “luxury South African tree-house” and someone will win the chance to stay in it overnight.
While it’s not the same as a trip to Africa, the two-bedroom tree-house is inspired by the Lion Sands Game Reserve tree-house in South Africa, and was decorated by a renowned interior designer, Hubert Zandberg, according to Virgin.
The tree-house is currently open for people to see, but anyone looking to spend the night must enter an online competition.
The lucky winners get to hang out in the tree-house for a night and are also treated to a six-course meal prepared by former Masterchef contestant Petrus Madutlela.
The menu will also be a big draw for adventurous eaters and features some South African-inspired fare, including tempura meal worms with induja mayo, shaved ostrich bilton, braised terrine of crocodile and smoke goal fillet with chakalaka sauce.
The installation is open from 11am to 6pm until Friday.
