The latest over-the-top themed hotel to open in Florida comprises more than two million Lego bricks. The Legoland Hotel opens its brightly colored doors on Friday. Located next to the Legoland Florida Resort in Winter Haven, just outside Orlando, the hotel comprises five floors and 152 themed rooms. The outside is designed to look like it has been constructed with Lego bricks complete with a 15ft Lego dragon which greets guests at the entrance. Of course, kids in the two to 12-year-old range are well-catered for with a treasure hunt, a disco elevator and many, many Lego models and games. Read more: usatoday.com
