Nyam Jam, a three-day celebration of Jamaican food, music and culture, begins today at the Golden Eye Hotel and James Bond Beach in Oracabessa, St. Mary, Jamaica.

The festival features a series of dinners hosted by top chefs such as Chris Blackwell, Mario Batali, April Bloomfield, Jose Enrique, Seamus Mullen and Johnny Iuzzini. There will also be a culinary and music bazaar on Saturday that will highlight local and international chefs and artisans, with a live performance by Angelique Kidjo. Tickets are available on the events website.
