International robot exhibition opens in Tokyo

A robot exhibition featuring the latest in robot technology has opened in Tokyo this week.

Over the four-day event, more than 400 Japanese and international companies and institutions are showcasing and demonstrating their latest robot developments. Among the robots featured are those able to work alongside humans, assist in disaster situations, and work in the care-giving field. The biennial International Robot Exhibition ends Saturday.
