A new ‘Cuddle Club’ has opened in Seattle. According to club owner Lashanna Williams, who says she’s trained and certified in cuddling, the business hopes to provide clients a space to relax and feel safe. For $45 clients will receive a half hour of professional cuddling. Both practitioners and clients say the health benefits of cuddling include lowering blood pressure and stress, and cuddling has benefits for those who suffer from depression and PTSD.
