Winter is officially two days in and Christmas is round the corner, so for those feeling the bite of the chilly weather Google Street View on Google Maps is offering a solution. Some of Australia’s most famous and nicest beaches have become available to stroll across on Google Street View.
From Bondi Beach to Hyams Beach, it allows you to explore Australia’s beaches properly from the comfort of your freezing desk chair.
Bondi Beach is perhaps Sydney’s most famous beach and its most popular one, here pictured in January light.
On Jervis Bay, Hyams Beach was voted as the beach with the world’s whitest sands!
Manly Beach is known for its night life as well as its buzzy beach vibe.
Located near Manly Beach, Shelly Beach is protected by a reef and so doesn’t get as many swells. However, the western point has a famous surf break known as Bower.
