Emirates Airlines has sent shock-waves through the hunting industry in South Africa by banning the transport of elephant, rhino, lion and tiger hunting trophies. Following South African Airways lead, Emirates is now the second airline in less than a month to make this move. Emirates stated that the decision was made to support governments and NGOs who are working to save wildlife and to eliminate illegal trade and transportation of hunting trophies. Read more: news24.com
