US police have said a drunken passenger who tried to open an exit door on a London-to-Boston flight is being charged with interfering with a flight crew.
Massachusetts state police say the incident is not believed to have a link to terrorism.
Officers identified the passenger as 32-year-old Kamila Dolniak, a Polish citizen.
Police said Dolniak was restrained aboard British Airways Flight 213. The flight landed half an hour ahead of schedule at Boston’s Logan International Airport.
Dolniak is due to appear in court on Wednesday.
