On Wednesday evening America will be losing a fixture of late-night TV as legendary talk show host David Letterman gives his final broadcast on The Late Show With David Letterman. The 68-year-old presenter is the longest serving late-night talk-show host in TV history having made a total of 6,028 broadcasts over 33 years. Letterman leaves a legacy of probing and entertaining interviews with politicians and celebrities. His last show will be aired at 11:35pm on CBS. No guests have been announced but rumours are that Stephen Colbert, who will replace Letterman on the Late Show in September, will drop in to take the reins. Read more: usatoday.com
