Half of all flights to Rome’s Fiumicino airport have been cancelled today after a major fire on Thursday destroyed a large section of Terminal 3, which serves non-Schengen European countries and destinations further afield. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights before travelling to the airport, as well as confirming which terminal they will be checking in at. Read more: thelocal.it
