City of Karama, Dubai to be regenerated this year

Wasl properties, a developer in Dubai, has launched their regeneration project for the city of Karama.

The launches of the various features in the mixed-use development will be staggered throughout the year and are due to be completed late 2016. When complete the wasl Duet project will feature residential units and retail space as well as a ‘wasl hub’ which includes temperature-controlled alleys and ‘sikkas’ to allow visitors and residents comfortable walking conditions even in the scorching summer months.
