A new public toilet in Chongqing, China boasts one of the highest Wi-Fi speeds in the country.

Built as part of the ‘new generation’ of Chinese public toilets designed in the hopes of changing the reputation of Chinese public loos, the Chongqing toilet boasts 50mbps Wi-Fi, which is faster than most home Wi-Fi speeds around the world. In addition to it’s usual bathroom services, the toilet also has charging stations for personal devices, a refrigerator, microwave and water dispensers, and is staffed by first-aid trained attendants.
