Passengers on Beijing’s subway have been warned that wearing ‘bizarre dress’ could cause a stampede. The city police issued a statement saying that wearing unusual clothing or strange outfits might cause a public safety problem. In particular, costumes and masks are to be avoided, as should forming flash mobs, though none are officially prohibited by law. Read more: wantchinatimes.com
