The winter that will never end is to continue in to spring for some in the northeast of the United States. Several inches of snow are forecast across the region on Friday, with 3 to 5 inches predicted for New York City and 2 to 3 inches in Philadelphia, and more in rural areas. Flight cancellations and delays are possible due to poor visibility. Read more: usatoday.com
