Management at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport, which was recently subject of an unfavourable quality assessment report, has announced plans for a number of improvements to quality and service in the lead up to the busy New Year (Tet) holiday period.

Among the promised changes at Vietnam’s busiest airport are upgraded Wi-Fi at both domestic and international terminals, a new taxi zone, more benches in the waiting hall, the addition of automatic check-in machines, more baggage scanning facilities, new convenience stores, and a large new waiting room in the international departure area.
