Daily Boat Cruises
Description :
There are many different daily boat cruises.
1) Mini cruise of 1 hour
Enjoy swimming and snorkeling from Barbarossa in the shadow of the Fortezza castle. If you are lucky enough you may have the chance to see dolphins or turtles. Departure 11:00 return 12:00.
Price : 12 € (children 5-12 years half price).
2) Three hours cruise
With the “pirate” boat Barbarossa. Departure from the old harbor (Venetian) of Rethymno at 12:30 hrs. You were sailing along the east coast admiring the unique view of Rethimno. After while you are reaching the sea-beaten “pirate’ caves and famous “Camarola” arch where you can take some marvelous pictures. Later you will have the possibility to swim from the boat into the crystal-clear waters. Upon returning to Rethimno we will sail in front of the Venetian fortress, Fortezza. Back to old harbor at 15:30.

3) Panormo cruise
3 Hours Trip with the boat Dolphin VI. Departure from the old harbor (Venetian) of Rethimno at 13:00 hrs. You were sailing along the east coast admiring the unique view of Rethymno. After while you are reaching the sea-beaten “pirate’ caves to admire the ageless stalactites and later the famous “Camarola” arch. We continue our trip in order to reach the fishing village of Panormo where you will have 1 1/2 hours free time to either swim or walk the narrow streets of the picturesque little village or eat fish at the local taverns. Back to the old harbor at 16:00.
Price : 25 € (children 5-12 years half price) with snacks.
4) Fishing trip
With the boat Dolphin III. Departure from the old harbor (Venetian) of Rethimno at 8:30 hrs. We are sailing to the area called “blue waters” and then we will stop for fishing. Fishing equipment is provided to all participants. If you are not a fun of fishing, you can enjoy the sun on the deck where are sun beds and a mini bar or you can have a swim off the boat. For lunch we will cook the fish that you caught or if you had no luck, with the fishes offered from the crew, salad and wine! On the way back you will have the possibility to admire Fortezza (the Venetian fortress). Back to the old harbor at 12:00.
