South America’s largest VIP airport lounge opens in Chile

South America’s LAN Airlines opened the new Salon VIP lounge at the airline’s hub in Santiago, Chile this week. The lounge is now the largest on the continent, surpassing the same airline’s lounge at Buenos Aires’ Ezeiza Airport. The 23,000 square feet space features 28 restrooms, 10 showers and a 180-foot-long buffet and can accommodate up to 460 travelers from 3 am to 1 am daily. Read more: jaunted.com
