A young male elephant who strayed onto a road through Khao Yai National Park in central Thailand held up vehicles for around an hour as he made his way along the route looking for food.
It’s thought the lone bull would have been taught the route by his mother when he was a calf, as it was reportedly a popular grazing area for elephants before the tarmac was laid. Traffic came to a stop to allow the elephant pass by. Read more: dailymail.co.uk
