Early on Monday a shallow earthquake, measuring 6.1 on the richter scale, struck a region of the Mediterranean between Gibraltar, Spain, and the city of Al Hoceima in Morocco.
The initial shock was then proceeded by a 5.3 magnitude tremor. Thankfully, only material damage has been reported with tall buildings showing signs of damage. Authorities have said that their were no victims in this incident.
