New Zealand’s most famous super model Rachel Hunter has weighed in on the debate over two ancient trees facing the chop by developers. Protesters in Auckland have been calling for two trees to be spared after their removal was given the go ahead by the Auckland City Council. Mobilised by Michael Tavares, perched in the kauri tree, crowds have gathered at the base to protect the trees from being cut down.
