The first of Prague’s three Christmas markets opens on Friday in the city’s Náměstí Míru (Peace Square).

Running until Christmas Eve, the markets will be selling traditional handicrafts such as wooden toys and handmade Christmas tree ornaments, as well as delicious festive food and drink. Two more Christmas markets will open in Prague on the 23rd and 25th November, at Tylovo náměstí (Tyl Square) and Náměstí Republiky (Republic Square) respectively.
