Paperwork issue causes turnaround for SkyWest flight

Air passengers on their way Salt Lake City to Mexico, with less an hour left of the flight to go, suddenly found their plane turned around and heading back to the US. An undefined ‘paperwork issue’ meant that everyone on board had to return to Salt Lake City and spend the night there before flying out to complete their journey the following day.
