Oregon police are investigating a strange case of a log cabin that was reported missing and then found nearly a half mile away from its original foundation. The case began when a man who identified himself as the co-owner of the cabin called police to say that the 1400sq ft structure had been stolen. Authorities later discovered that the cabin had been moved to an adjacent community about 270 miles south of Portland. A detective explained that three individuals claimed to own the cabin, and one of the owners had sold the cabin to a fourth person without the knowledge of the other two.
