Observing World Malaria Day on Friday, Indonesia announced its target to eliminate malaria in its easternmost province by 2030. The Papuan administration reportedly plans to distribute free bed nets to all families in the province, launch interagency cooperation to stop the breeding of malaria-bearing mosquitoes and improve sanitation in villages and houses.
