It's so weird to see the rover put into perspective. We always see 3d renditions, artist renditions, or picture, you can never really see the full scale of the rover. I was surprised to find out it's the size of a car (well, minus the seats and roof......). Quite impressive.

I have been thinking about it and I feel like even if I manage to join Google (dream job) I feel like I'd not be leaving a mark in the Universes' history. When we evolve into a galactic civilization we wont remember who created a self driving car, or a general who led a charge in a war, or people like Lewis and Clark, we will remember those who sacrificed Earth's enjoyments to start the first space colony outside of Earth. I would honestly want to do this mission. I feel like I am missing out on the Mars mission. I wouldn't care if I died on the red planet because I would start something special, something that would be taught for millenniums and on forever, we will talk about figures like MLK and Gandhi distinctively but we would never forget about the first humans to leave our home. I want my life to be a part of this significance and if it doesn't I don't know what else i could do to contribute to human expansion into interstellar life, and just in general, the human race.

One major design flaw is the lack of a method to clean the solar panels. I don't understand why they didn't just put little wipers on the solar panels instead of hoping that the wind will get it all off.

i live in norway an the subway prizes are fuckin' reDONKulous, if you want a quick meal that is filling for the rest of the day, go to a kebab shop and order anything from a pizza to a burger. its delicous, cheap and it lasts longer than subway. fair warning though, do not try the kebabs. they will make anyone shit like a vegan on a bean diet.

Really good advise and the majority of it was original and not the same old obvious stuff that you seem to get everywhere. One thing though - never use a debit card for taking money out abroad. The charges are a lot lower on credit cards (of course it depends on your bank but as a general rule its true)
