After 17-months without water, the Trevi fountain flows again.
One of Italy’s most beloved attractions, the reopening of the fountain following renovations attracted hundreds of tourists to the structure, which was originally finished in 1762. The €2.2 million restoration was paid for by the Fendi fashion house, which is based in Rome.
The empty structure of the fountain was still open to tourists while the renovations were underway. Trevi fountain is the location of a well-known traveller’s legend: it’s believed that tossing a coin over your shoulder and into the fountain will mean that you will one day return.

The visibility will be good from New Hampshire to Nebraska and in the US. Areas along the North Pacific and Midwest will have fair conditions for viewing, while much of Canada will face poor visibility.

Harapan the rhino has arrived at the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary in the Way Kambas National Park of Indonesia.
Harapan was the only Sumatran rhino in the Western hemisphere, where he lived at the Cincinnati Zoo, but was moved to Indonesia to breed.
The Sumatran rhino is critically endangered.
There are only about 100 Sumatran rhinos left in the world, according to the zoo, and nine live in captivity. The rest are scattered throughout Southeast Asia, which makes it difficult for them to breed.
