The continued diplomatic row between Tanzania and Kenya has now led to Kenya’s flagship airline – Kenya Airways (KQ) – cutting the majority of its scheduled flights to Dar es Salaam. The result is 14 weekly flights, down from 42. The row was kicked off by Tanzania banning Kenyan registered tourism vehicles from entering its parks; Kenya struck back by banning Tanzania registered vehicles from accessing Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
