Exam cheating on an industrial scale in Bihar

The Indian state of Bihar has been shaken by the scandal of phenomenal levels of cheating in state exams. Investigators raiding exam centres seized thousands of cheat-sheets with exam answers and photographed students climbing the walls of buildings to smuggle answers to people taking exams inside. In a raid on a single exam centre, the team confiscated enough cheat-sheets to fill nine sacks. Read more: bbc.co.uk
