A 13-year-old freeskiier from Estonia has become the youngest person to win a gold medal at the Winter X Games, held this year in Aspen, Colorado.
Kelly Sildaru won the women’s slopestyle category, and also became the first Estonian to win a medal at the Games. Sildaru first shot to fame on YouTube as a 10-year-old, and the videos of her skiing prompted many to call her ‘the future of freeskiing’. Read more: denverpost.com
