Getting a bus ride to French beaches has never been easier, thanks to the decision by Ouibus to add 15 new destinations to its network for sun-seekers this summer.
The budget fares carrier will probably be cheapest way to get from such places as Paris to French beaches due to the supplementary destinations on Ouibus lines. The new routes will ferry day trippers or holidaymakers to Avignon, Cap d’Agde, Perpignan, Le Barcarès, Royan, Fréjus, Calais, La Rochelle, Guérande, Bayonne, La Baule, Saint-Malo, Biarritz, Arcachon and Deauville.

It will cost €20 to go on long journeys from Paris to La Rochelle in the west but one-way rides for short journeys are being pegged at €5. Paris is particularly well served with many routes.

Western France is also well linked to the southwest with lines operating from Tours to La Rochelle and Angers to Guérande. All of the new destinations will be in service until early September.
