Descendants of art collector and heiress Peggy Guggenheim have legally challenged the way that her art collection is being displayed in the Peggy Guggenheim Collection museum in Venice. They claim that Peggy’s collection has been ‘diluted’ because 75 works from a different collection are being displayed alongside it in the 18th century Venetian palace, and that this goes against her original wishes.
