A derelict village in China’s Hunan province has been turned into a hip holiday centre complete with accommodation and outdoor activities. Sections of unused cement pipes were turned into micro-hotel rooms scrawled with colourful graffiti art, while the village centre was outfitted with country-style bars and a music square. Outdoor activities available onsite include archery, fishing and rock climbing as well as car racing and horse riding. Known as Tiger Hill, the village is located in Hunan’s Ruyang county.
