Croatia’s beaches to benefit from new categorisation scheme

In an attempt to help tourists find a beach that suits their needs, all of Croatia’s beaches are to be assigned to one of 14 categories, such as ‘romantic beach’, ‘surf beach’, ‘eco beach’ or ‘party beach’. Facilities at the beaches will then be improved to support the type of activities suitable for its category, using funding from the Ministry of Tourism. Read more: croatiaweek.com
