Imperfect Produce, based in Emeryville near San Francisco, is hoping to stop people throwing perfectly good food away just because it doesn’t look perfect. The company delivers ‘cosmetically challenged’ produce direct to people’s homes, sourcing its supplies from the Bay Area. Read more: nytimes.com
