Following a spate of unruly passenger incidents in recent months, China’s aviation regulator is considering a blacklist of passengers who misbehave on flights. Several of the country’s national airlines have backed the proposal for a blacklist after recent incidents, including bomb hoaxes and one passenger opening the emergency exit of a delayed flight. The most recent incident this week involved a passenger who refused to leave the lavatory or close its door during takeoff on a flight from Hong Kong to Beijing. If implemented, passengers who are blacklisted would not be issued tickets by participating Chinese carriers. Read more: shanghaidaily.com
