The Calbuco volcano in southern Chile triggered another evacuation order after it began spewing ash again on Tuesday. Residents who had returned to the area south of the volcano in Rio Blanco were asked to leave again. Last week, the volcano erupted twice, prompting the evacuation of 6000 locals.
