Hummingbird Air, an air taxi service that connects several islands in the Caribbean including Dominica, the US  and British Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, and St. Kitts and Nevis among others, has suspended all flights after one of its planes crash landed in Castries, St. Lucia on Sunday morning.

The St. Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority confirms that the plane veered off the runway and into a neighboring field, and the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority is carrying out an investigation. The incident follows a previous accident in August, when another Hummingbird airplane veered off the runway at Codrington Air in Barbuda.
