Budapest to host Bocuse d’Or finals in 2016

Budapest will host the European finals of the Bocuse d’Or chef competition in 2016. The greatest chef competition in the world is held biennially in Lyon. The continental finals will take place in the Hungarian capital on the tenth and eleventh of May 2016, to coincide with the Sirha international food industry exhibition. At the Hungexpo venue, ten Michelin-starred kitchens will be built, and the competition will focus on Hungarian ingredients. Around 350 exhibitors from Hungary and other countries are expected to take part in the exhibition. Read more: welovebudapest.com
