Bucharest authorities have approved new regulations for the old town area, aimed at making it quieter and less crowded. According to the new rules, bars and terraces will need a functioning permit and can no longer have TVs or video projectors. Plastic decorations, artificial plants and folding furniture are no longer permitted, outdoor food preparation is prohibited and live performances must finish by 10pm. Read more: romania-insider.com
