A collection of sermons dating back to the 13th or 14th centuries were displayed to the public for the first time on Saturday, at Poland’s National Library in Warsaw.
The Świętokrzyskie (Holy Cross) sermons, thought to be the oldest examples of Polish writing in existence, will be put on show for a few hours each month as part of an exhibition to mark the 1050th anniversary of Christianity in Poland. Read more: thenews.pl
