American invents snow-wake-skating in Bosnian mountain valley

What happens when you take the wheels off a skateboard, grab a water-skiing tow rope and zip through a snowy river valley in Bjelašnica, near Sarajevo? You’ve invented the new sport of snow-wake-skating, that’s what! Floridian athlete Brian Grubb, who pioneered the sport of wakeskating (basically wakeboarding without bindings), took his sport into a completely new environment this winter, riding his board between the winding waters of a beautiful Bosnian creek and the surrounding snowy valley.
