Alitalia pilot suspended after gunfire incident

The Italian airline Alitalia has suspended one of its pilots from flight and command duties after an incident on Easter night when he argued with his mother and brother and fired a gun several times into a wall. The incident prompted one Italian MP to call for the reinstatement of obligatory yearly psychological check-ups for pilots.
