What is it with London and animal cafés? First there was the Cat Café, then feathers were ruffled over an Owl Café and more recently the Micro Pig-nic Café. So what’s left? Enter the Fox Café.

The latest pop-up is set to feature Stevie The Fox and five of his species who are due to become part of the show when the globe’s first Fox Café opens its doors in London in late May.

According to londontheinside.com, the animals at the pop-up will all be domesticated and fully-trained by their supervisors. Once again, the promo on social media says patrons will get the opportunity to “play with” the foxes as they enjoy hot drinks with (of course) Fox’s Biscuits and Fox’s Glacier Mints on offer to finish off the visit.

The café will be open in East London for three weeks starting on the 25th of May (9am-6pm) and the organisers hope that it will help to change public perception of foxes in London.

Currently, there is an online ballot online for those wanting to spend 90 minutes with Stevie and his mates. Ticket to attend cost £15 which includes play time and a drink.
